Each week I will outline what’s in the box as well as post menus, photos and recipes. Here’s what was in the box this week:
Head lettuce, radishes, purple kohl rabi, baby bok choi, broccoli, arugula, spinach, swiss chard, and a lovely little herb pot!
1) Vietnamese Bahn Mi sandwich with mock pork, pickled veggies, cilantro sprigs and head lettuce. Served on baguette with garlic roasted potatoes.
2) Spinach and arugula sauteed with white beans, garlic and lemon. Served with chiabatta and goat cheese feta.
3) Curried baby bok choi, swiss chard and broccoli served with spicy tofu and jasmine rice.
4) Swiss chard and spinach balls
