    • Hummus…hmmm…

      How about this:

      4 cups chickpeas
      2 large cloves garlic
      1/2 cup tahini
      lemon zest from one lemon
      juice from one lemon
      1 bunch cilantro
      salt and pepper to taste

      Zing it all in a food processor. If it is too thick, add more tahini or a little water.
